Bug Description
Found in Budgie 20.04 (checked for latest updates today, April 9th 2020 @ 10AM UTC)
When I open "Power" from the menu and click on the toggle "Wifi" the wireless connection is disabled.
Expected behaviour:
Wifi is no longer turned off to save power when running from battery.

As far as I know that toggle just turns wifi on/off. That is a GNOME feature - not a budgie feature.
