After update stuck in lock-screen

Bug Description
After a clean install of ubuntu 20.04 beta, I updated the system, after the update was processed the system directed me to locked-screen. I was unable to log back in, or to reboot or shutdown because the system said i was still logged in. After a REISUB it would finally reboot :-)
