Bug Description
sakura-3.7.0:
My local keyboard setup (norwegian) requires using AltGr + 9 in order to get a square bracket -- ].
For vi and quick tag selection, Ctrl-] is used, however, when using Sakura, pressing Ctrl-AltGr-9 does nothing.
I've checked my accelerator setup, but I cannot see any option for choosing the AltGr as accelerator in the first place, and I have no _key=9 any where.
I have AltGr combinations for 2 (@), 3 (£), 4($), 7 ({), 8 ([), 9(]), 0 (}), + (±), E (€) and more.
2, 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 show the same behaviour, Ctrl-AltGr-<key> doesn't produce anything.
Ctrl-AltGr-0 will for some reason produce Ctrl-] which is what I need, but it's one key to far to the right.
Ctrl-AltGr-+ will increase the font size.
Ctrl-AltGr-e produces the €, just as if Ctrl was not pressed.
Is there any way to fix this through configuration?

There is an option called "Disable numbered tabswitch" to disable the AltGr+number keybinding. I think that should work for you so you can use Ctrl+AltGr-9. Let me know if that solves your problem.
