Slideshow wrongly shows T-bird as "supported software" when in fact it's included software.

This should be fixed in bug 1869008 and included in newer images. Could you check the version of `ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu` if this is a duplicate or if there are more places listing Thunderbird as supported?

Thank you for responding.

This is certainly a dupe of bug 1869008. I don't know how to check the version number. I tried 'dpkg -s ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu' but got the message that such a package is not installed. I haven't seen any other places listing Thunderbird as supported.

Ok, marking this as a duplicate then :)

You can use `apt policy packagename` to see the installed and available version. I suppose `ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu` is a bit of a special case since it is available during the live session, but it isn't installed to the system as part of the installation.
