Applications/Desktop Entries sorted by English Alphabetical Order, not Chinese on Default

Bug Description

Title says the same thing-applications are sorted by A, B, C, instead the menu should be sorted by Chinese Alphabet Letters.

EDIT: I noticed you could change it, but for Chinese users it may make sense to automatically set it as default to Chinese.
