Unable to find windows images.

Windows images aren't currently being found when adding attempting to add a windows machine.

I see we have some (outdated) image metadata for centos7 and windows images here

http://streams.canonical.com/juju/images/releases/streams/v1/

And according to juju/juju/environs/imagemetadata/simplestreams.go this is indeed where we look to find metadata for non-Ubuntu images.

What we have only seems to be Windows image for Azure and cento7 for AWS.

We have addressed this issue by adding a self-serve image feature.

juju metadata add-image
juju metadata list-images
juju metadata delete-image

eg in AWS, once you have subscribed to Windows images, you can add the ami(s) you want to use,

juju metadata add-image --series win2012r2 <id>.

Then add-machine or deploy with win2012r2 series will use that supplied ami.
