Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-suntcx

please sync from unstable; current ubuntu version is a *buildN version

 xserver-xorg-video-suntcx (1:1.1.0-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * Use the xsfbs serverabi rule, to get a correct dependency on
     xserver-xorg-core (closes: #457430).

This needs a fakesync:
