Bug Description

In PDF Viewer selection of Print-> Paper, the Print Preview button is greyed out
but the Preview window shows the paper layout. However, although changing the
Layout shows in the Preview window this is not followed up on pressing Print.
Selection to print 2 pages to 1 or 4 pages to 1 results in 1 page to 1 twice or
4 times respectively.
