Bug Description

Binary package hint: rdesktop

Probably after the upgrade from stable rdesktop to 1.5.0-3+cvs20071006 a bug was introduced that reverses the letters 't' and 'N'. I found a report about this on the rdesktop-users mailing list[1]. There is a screenshot there showing the problem just as I have it. The server I'm logged in to when I see this is a Windows 2003 Server (English).

I was the OP. I still see this bug with the Debian 1.5.0-2 package.

However, my colleague on Ubuntu sees NO problem. He tried 1.5.0-2 and 1.5.0-3+cvs20071006

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

I do, but I'm using Debian:

rdesktop 1.6.0-2
xorg 1:7.1.0-19

I'm recording that here because I mentioned it earlier. I understand that we don't have any Ubuntu users still claiming this to be an issue for them, so I'll have to try and find help elsewhere.

Since you are now unable to test this issue, and nobody has confirmed this problem, I will close this bug. If you have other issues in the future, please do not hesitate to file a new bug report. Thanks.
