Terminal doesn't open after exchanging Strg and Fn button

Bug Description

After exchanging the Fn and Strg button in BIOS on my Lenovo T430, the terminal can not be opened by Strg+Alt+T anymore. It is opened for a blink of an eye but closed immediately.
