Bug Description

After the most recent Ubuntu update to kernel 5.3.0-42-generic, built-in sound card is no longer detected. I have no sound at all. Booting Ubuntu with the previous kernel 5.3.0-40-generic restores everything to normal (as a temporary fix I set GRUB_DEFAULT="1>2").
Configuration:
Dell G3 3590 laptop with i7-9750H intel CPU.
Ubuntu 18.04.
Realtek built in sound (I'll add details later after I reboot with the older kernel).
Wiht the current (newest kernel) the output of aplay -l is:
-----
aplay -l
