Bug Description
Similar to charm-ceph-mon's config param "pgs-per-osd", I'd like to request a similar functionality in this charm.
I haven't looked in depth in charm-ceph-proxy code, but it seems the relations between ceph-mon and any other OpenStack-related component (cinder-ceph, nova-compute, glance) is the same as ceph-proxy (the client relation).
