bumblee is not installable with 18.04 HWE due to versioned depends on a provided package

Ubuntu 18.04 with HWE
bumblebee 3.2.1-17

This makes laptops with hybrid graphics not work well.

HWE 18.04 uses a different package name for xserver-xorg-core -> xserver-xorg-core-hwe-18.04

apt/dpkg does not handle version depends on virtual/provide packages so can't be installed.

So trying to install bumblebee while HWE is installed does not work:
