Bug Description

Consider not shipping the "Extensions" application with gnome-shell in Ubuntu 20.04. This application is intended to be a standalone application and is not much useful in Ubuntu at the moment since new extensions can't be installed (because of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-meta/+bug/1866841).

We'll move it to a separate binary package.

It seems that the Extensions app is no longer a part of default Ubuntu installation.
