Bug Description

I have to trigger config-changed and service registration with toggling the disable-unattended-upgrades (from True to False and back), when I'm changing the ping-url, url it doesn't try to register the service to the landscape-server.

This is a standalone deployment (with landscape-server) when I'm configuring the SSL from SELFSIGNED to a centrally issued one.
