Bug Description

ruby-faker version 1.9.1-1 has a regression in all architectures triggered by ruby-defaults/1:2.7~0.

autopkgtest log on amd64 as an example:

This test failures were fixed in Debian:

https://tracker.debian.org/news/1110111/accepted-ruby-faker-191-2-source-into-unstable/

when version 1.9.1-2 lands in Debian we just need to sync it.

The proposed version was synced and the regression was fixed.
