I had wi-fi and Bluetooth, and passing to newer update: I don't.

Bug Description

Ubuntu 16.0.... everything was working ok. But with newer Ubuntu 18-04-4... neither wi-fi detection nor bluetooth utility. Please respect and comprehension. It's very difficult to deal with system programming, and as a common user, that's hardworking.
