After merging https://review.opendev.org/#/c/709083 TripleO Ceph deployment without standalone (using a traditional undercloud) fails with the following:

The hiera gathering this bug fixes will only happen in train if https://review.opendev.org/#/c/709083 is backported to train. One option might be to include the same one-line fix in the backport of https://review.opendev.org/#/c/709083
