Bug Description
Due to a silly mistake by the Debian maintainer (*cough*) python3-azure-cli depends on python3-
This has been fixed in Debian with the azure-cli 2.0.81+ds-3 upload and with the new source package javaproperties upload:

Only a submodule of azure-cli uses this dependency, so general functionality is not affected - however that module cannot work.
Please consider syncing javaproperties and azure-cli from Debian to Focal to fix this issue.
azure-cli 2.0.81+ds-3 also gained autopkgtest support, and the build is now reproducible, which are very nice to have.

I agree we should fix this, this is a fix and no feature add - so no FFe needed.
I started by syncing javaproperties today.
Needs to be passing the new queue.
Afterwards we can look at resyncing azure-cli
