Bug Description
Running `juju bootstrap --clouds` ends with a message that excludes non-k8s workloads.
$ juju version
2.8-beta1-
$ juju bootstrap --clouds
[...]
Now you can run
juju add-model <model-name>
to create a new model to deploy k8s workloads.
