Shows basically this error
nemo-extensions[5337]: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/nemo/extensions-3.0/libnemo-python.so: undefined symbol: PyExc_ImportError

Needs this commit
(nemo-python: be compatible with python 3.8 )
