Bug Description
Hello Ubuntu Team
When saving any text in GEDIT the icons on the desktop disappear, return and change positions automatically, as can be seen in the video below. This defect was already presented in another situation in Ubuntu 18.04 Distros, but strangely it was excluded and I no longer find it in my sent BUGs.
In Ubuntu 20.04 version the same situation is happening. Is it no longer allowed to have icons saved on the desktop?
I hope that this time, the GEDIT and Ubuntu team will definitely find a solution to this problem that drags on from distro to this.
I recorded the defect presented so that they can see and not disregard the information, let alone the video.
I thank you for your attention.

Here is another video showing the problem and verifying that the desktop icons disappear and change places when saving anything with gedit.
