This fixes a problem with the Debian policy where dependencies were unmet because required packages were lower priority.

Distribution must be hardy. Also, consider installing patchutils package to avoid showing useless /tmp/something cruft in your debdiff.
Please, resubscribe u-u-s queue once a new debdiff is available for review.

I am unable to do ths as I can't use Linux anymore, I have no net access only from a friend's PC, changing this to New.

Needs packaging.
