Bug Description

Again Ubuntu Not keeping Correct date and Time WILL NOT MANUALLY RESET

Beginning with NOT completing the Shut down process: Application Still Running /username/Cups..
FORCING a HARD RESET TO RECOVER COMPUTER, BECAUSE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY KEYBOARD OR MOUSE INPUT AT THAT POINT
Then WILL NOT CORRECTLY Keep DATE AND TIME, and WILL NOT MANUALLY RESET TO CORRECT DATE AND TIME >SYSTEM SETTINGS>DATE AND TIME

THIS ISSUE -IS- WITH CANONICAL UBUNTU- WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED??
WHEN??

also: thin scroll bars that 80 percent of the time REFUSE to properly function and RESIZE the browser window instead. WHEN WILL THIS EVER BE FIXED AS WELL?

Your report seems to have nothing to do with the Ubuntu Desktop Guide (ubuntu-docs), so closing.

Also, please note that this is a bug tracker, not a wailing wall.

Possibly you should start with seeking help at one of Ubuntu's support resources:

If you do, please watch your tone. Screaming is rarely the way to success.
