Bug Description

New Debian versions of libyaml-libyaml-perl and libyaml-perl are blocked in -proposed because they cause regressions in the tests of reverse-dependencies, indicating real incompatibilities. These packages are also currently blocked in Debian unstable for the same reason.

These packages are in main but Foundations does not have a driving reason for fixing these so for the moment they are deprioritized.
