Boot process stops at blank screen with .....[76.575608] watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s! [systemd-udev:411] [48.523054] watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for 1s! [swapper/3:0]
I rebooted holding the shift key and was able to reboot into 5.3.0-29 which runs with no issues.
