ironic contuctor minions result in nodes with the state "cleaning failed"

When using the ironic conductor minion, nodes fail introspection with the following error:

When we list the baremetal nodes we can see that some of the hosts failed, and upon further inspection the failed hosts were only the ones that we're picked up by the minion ironic conductor (logs have been attached)

To resolve the issue, at this time, I have disabled the ironic-conductor minion, which allows everything to succeed as expected.
