Bug Description
If a machine is pxe booted to enlist with MAAS but the machine has no IPMI and should be considered a Manual power type the web UI does not allow the user to change the power type to Manual.
The machine enlists fine with an unknown power type and to change it the user must use the cli:
maas $profile machine update $system_id power_type=manual
This can be reproduced by adding a machine and not specifying a power type when the machine is added, then try to change the power type to manual.
