EDI Messages Screen Should Ask For Confirmation Before Deleting

Evergreen 3.3
On the angular EDI messages screen (Administration -> Acquisitions Administration -> EDI Messages) there are currently two actions available for the message lines "Delete Selected" and "Edit Selected".
If you click "Delete Selected" the message line is deleted without asking for confirmation that you really want to delete.
It is very easy to accidentally delete a message line when you actually mean to click "Edit Selected" so you can copy error text.

It appears that once an EDI message is deleted it is not retrievable at all as it doesn't appear to be logged anywhere as far as we can tell.
