Bug Description

* Ironic dropped CoreOS IPA images in Train - need to use CentOS DIB images
* Nova flavor requires dropping standard resources

Also, ironic port needs --physical-network to be set for a flat network.

    Ironic: fix documentation again

    Ports need physical-network to be set for a flat network, otherwise they
    will not bind.
