[FEATURE REQUEST] Network setup upon first boot

Bug Description
Please add a quick guided setup to get connected to WiFi networks upon first sign-in to Ubuntu Server, right after the user account is made.
This will help users on servers and IoT devices get set up without the need for a temporary ethernet connection.
