Bug Description
It started happening since I updated today and version 3.35.90 got installed. It had been working normally before that.
The total number of bytes received seems to be accurate (I really downloaded a bit over 1GB of data when the screenshot was taken), but the transfer rate is not being measured accurately. The real transfer rate when the screenshot was taken was around 10 MB/s while it shows just a few bytes/second.
