Bug Description

I opened Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Autostart.
I clicked Add Program.
I entered the path /home/neil/bin/gkrellm
I corrected the name to gkrellm-wrapper
This created a file called /home/neil/.config/autostart/gkrellm-wrapper.desktop with the following contents:

  [Desktop Entry]
  Comment[en_GB]=
  Comment=
  Exec=/home/neil/bin/gkrellm
  GenericName[en_GB]=
  GenericName=
  Icon=system-run
  MimeType=
  Name[en_GB]=
  Name=
  Path=
  StartupNotify=true
  Terminal=false
  TerminalOptions=
  Type=Application
  X-DBUS-ServiceName=
  X-DBUS-StartupType=
  X-KDE-SubstituteUID=false
  X-KDE-Username=

When I next logged in, the program which ran was /usr/bin/gkrellm. I would expect it to run /home/neil/bin/gkrellm.
