Hello Manish, thanks for taking the time to file a bug report. The latest version of python-boto in the Ubuntu Bionic archive is 2.44.0- 1ubuntu2. 18.04.0, and you shouldn't hit that "Breaks" issue by using it. In other words, try again after running an `apt update`.
As a general note, you should probably switch to python3-boto, as Python 2 is not supported anymore.
