Bug Description

If "Replace Messy Characters" is set, SoundConverter will still create temporary files in the destination folder with special characters. This will make the conversion fail if the destination folder is a FAT-formatted drive, even with "Replace Messy Characters" enabled.

Using SoundConverter 3.0.2.
