Hi,
The KDE fonts are not applied in my GTK (?, I'm not an expert) softwares like Firefox or Adept : appearance is bad.
The same problem appears in KDE4.

I noticed the same. It appears that this happens @ screens with high resolutions (1920x1200), as at another laptop (1280x768 or so) the fonts were not that huge. Can anyone confirm that?
You can change the appearence of most gtk-fonts if you run the KDE3 Systemsettings within KDE4 and change the appearance there. But the only application thas still looks ugly is Firefox.
