Bluetooth not working with Realtek RTL8723DE

i install drivers from https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new master and extendet branches
not one version fixed my bluetooth

Uubntu 19.10

When I try to turn it on using bluetoothctl, nothing comes out of the console either.

The most interesting thing is that in Ubuntu 19.04 everything worked perfectly.
