Chromium-browser Snap is amnesiac

I'm using Ubuntu 19.10, latest Chromium(-browser) installed.

The issue is that after the switch to snap-based Chromium it started forgetting my logged in sessions very very often. This is not isolated to one online service, I have to log back in to everything I use, including Chromium itself. It also forgets any "Remember this device" checkmarks.

History, downloads or extensions however do not suffer from any data loss.

It sounds like this might be a symptom of bug #1616650 (although the claim that history isn't affected would go against this hypothesis).

Could you try enabling the experimental refresh-app-awareness flag, restart chromium, use it for a few days and comment back here whether the problem persists?

    snap set core experimental.refresh-app-awareness=true

I enabled the flag, still encountered this issue.

This time when I restarted Chromium my tabs were lost and restoring previous session just did nothing. Thankfully the extension "Tab Suspender" allowed me to recover my tabs but a few services logged me off.

I guess the flag improves situation, thanks for that, but isn't flawless.
