other chrome extensions can interfere with hatch

This was reported by a library during a migration. The local staff found that hatch would not print and gave no errors or indication of why. They uninstalled two other extensions, a pinterest printing and a saving one.

After uninstalling these extensions hatch began working. They were then able to reinstall these other Chrome extensions and hatch continued to function.
