Bug Description

UC20 images created by ubuntu-image are too small and cause bootstrapping to fail.

Looking at the code, the structures defined after system-seed partition are never accounted for when the size of image file is calculated.

This is now merged and staged for ubuntu-image 1.10 - to be released in the nearest weeks. In the meantime, so it can be used for people that need it, I have pushed a new snap version to the beta channel as 1.9+snap5 which has all the staged changes.
