Can't create interfaces or bonds in the UI

Bug Description
This is with MAAS 2.7.0~rc1-
Go to a Network tab in a Ready node. If you click on "Add Interface",
nothing. If you select two interface and click "Add Bond", nothing happens.
This is in the JS console when loading the page:
Lexer Error: Unterminated quote at columns 88-90 [')] in expression [showCreatePhys
That error was fixed in bug 1859622, but we need to confirm that that fixes this bug as well.

Fixing bug 1859622 has fixed "Add interface", but "Create bond" is still broken. For the record "Create bridge" still works fine. UI integration testing can't come soon enough :(
