Bug Description
Why does Ubuntu Software have (effectively) two sign in / sign out options for the same thing?
Steps to reproduce
* Install 20.04 (or indeed 19.10, not tested on previous releases)
* Launch Ubuntu Software
Expected behaviour
* Option to sign in to Snap Store should exist
* Option to sign in to Ubuntu One should not exist
Actual behaviour
* Options for signing into Ubuntu One and Snap Store are present
