MaaS UI "Add machine" screen sometimes fails to enable "Save" buttons when appropriate

Bug Description
In the MaaS UI "Add machine" screen, the "Save machine" button does not activate when all required fields are filled, requiring the user to abandon several fields of input and start again. Sometimes this requires multiple tries, which is incredibly annoying and inefficient to users and potential customers.
Please make sure the "Save machine" button enables when input requirements have been satisfied.

Ahh, looks like the "Power type" field is missing the required indicator. As far as I can tell the form only requires MAC address and power parameters, so adding the indicator should be sufficient.
