Bug Description

Windows10, 2.3.0-alpha-pre (build mster r7054), Tango Skin.

May be it is not logical, but when AutoDJ is running, if I change the AutoDJ Fade Modes, the change between tracks in no more normal.

I have seen that on Full Track and Skip Silence Mode, with -3 seconds between Tacks, without specific Intro-Outro. I DJ only for ballroom dances (like Tango or Swing dances) where we let a silence between each music.

After some tracks, who works normally, two abnormal situation happens:
- The waiting track start playing when Outro of current track reach the Intro waiting track.
- A new next track start to play together with the waiting track start playing.
It seems that problem happens when I use "Tigger the transition to the next track" or "skip the next track in the Auto DJ queue".

In which mode does this happen? Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this.
Can you? If yes, please list the steps required to reproduce this. Are short tracks involved?

The Fade now feature actually fades in the skip silent mode, using the 3 seconds in your case.
We assume that it may sound odd to cut the previous immediately, so we just use the silence for fading. This means the silence is gone. What would be the ideal behavior in this case for you?

I can unfortunately also not confirm an issue with skip next.

Can you explain this also step by step? I am currently not able to reproduce it.

Here is a video showing the :

AutoDJ : mode Skip silence and transition duration -3.

In my use case:
- I want to delete silence at beginning and end of Tracks because these silences are variable (from 1s to 8s each).
- I want to have a silence transition of 3 seconds.

Note:
- my files are mp3.
- my current tracks don't have silence, because I remove them with a Bash script using mp3splt.
- no short tracks.

Additional information.
- This do not happen all time.
- My music files has very short silences (less than 0,5 seconds), because settings I have done in my Bash script.

I am testing strongly the "Full Tack" AutoDJ Mode, with the same Playlist than "Skip Silence".
No problem until now.
It seems problem is only on "Skip Silence" Mode.

I can finally reproduce it. It is a rounding issue/floating point compare.
