Bug Description

Looking at the nova official repo commit data for the Ussuri release is clearly wrong, both in number of overall commits and top contributors:

https://www.stackalytics.com/?release=ussuri&module=nova-group&metric=commits

The activity log appears to be showing commits from stable branches as well which seems wrong.

The contribution summary says there have been 20 commits but if you look at nova master commit activity in GitHub over the last few months it's much more than 20 commits:

https://github.com/openstack/nova/graphs/commit-activity
