Bug Description

In 3.4:

When printing the Hold Pull List without Hatch enabled, it picks up nice table handling from bootstrap so that it collapses the table cell margins, uses a nicer font, doesn't break the table rows, and repeats the column headers on each page.

However, when Hatch is enabled, it only recognizes the CSS that's actually in the print template itself, so it doesn't print nicely. Examples attached.

(This is true of the other print templates as well, but is most apparent in this template because it has a table.)

I tried changing the CSS within the pull-list template. When using hatch, it appears that no CSS is rendered for the print-out.
