OBSERVED RESULT
Overlay is missing for bluetooth tooggle, airplane toggle, keyboard backlight toggle, system settings (this one does not have any effect by default).
What works: Volume+-, brightness+-, mic toggle, display mode switch,

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1857762/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

This has also annoyed me, and is perhaps more of an issue (for me) as sometimes some of the
functions don't function. For instance, at the moment I've lost bluetooth completely; the
lack of bluetooth button hotkey feedback just adds to the confusion.

(The loss of bluetooth is known to unrelated to this bug; it seems to be a timing and/or
temperature issue during kernel startup with the (internal USB) bluetooth unit is not
always seen (Acer Access E17 (E5-722-425Q) laptop; Kubuntu 18.04 (up-to-date); unknown if
there are any bugs specially about, or related to, this?)
