Bug Description
Beginning in Ubuntu 19.10 (?), the virtualization/
DEBUG:root:
usage: virtualization [-h] [--debug] {kvm,lxd} ...
Virtualization Test
positional arguments:
{kvm,lxd}
kvm Run kvm virtualization test
lxd Run the LXD validation test
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--debug
It looks like there may be a bad parameter being passed to the "virtualization" script.

The fundamental cause is that lsb_release. get_lsb_ information( ) has been removed and replaced by lsb_release. get_distro_ information( ). Also, the test seems to pass because of incorrect logic that terminates the test, causing it to return a "0" value when it shouldn't.
