Bug Description
1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) Dock
3) Clicking on a focused dash icon should minimize the focused app. If an app has multiple open windows, clicking once displays the window selection popup. Clicking again would minimize the apps open windows.
4) Nothing happens when a user clicks on a focused app dash icon, if the app is in focus.
