python-ldap package is out of date in the git import
seems like it is stuck on bionic?!

Yes, this is one of several python packages which are failing to import into git ubuntu.
The cause is that in some circumstances the importer needs to use the name of the team owning the package in Launchpad, for calculating its import hash. Launchpad an error like this to us:
b"u'User is suspended: ~python- modules- team'"
This issue has been going on for a *long* time, so it's no surprise there are packages that have been stuck unimported since bionic. The good news is that a fix for this has been implemented and is in review so we expect the issue to be resolved within a matter of days.
